Steffi Paras is a fitness and wellness coach (personal trainer) out of Greece. The concept was simply to apply her ethos of mind, body and soul into design. Focusing on a mindful state while at the same time inspiring people to keep moving.

The central icon is a silhouette of herself taken from a photograph in Greece. All the branded colours are colour matches from the surrounding landscape. Colours have been toned down to give an added atmosphere of professionalism that one would want when hiring a fitness and wellness coach.
